I am a self-directed, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. I am currently an ACT Tutor and a former math teacher. I have been successfully tutoring students interested in attending institutions of higher learning. I tutor because I want to assist others in pursing their dreams in becoming productive citizens. I specifically tutor for ACT tests in math, science, english, and reading. My main goal is to help students achieve higher scores to receive scholarships to instutitions of higher learning in pursuit of their respective career choices. I have taken courses such as English, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Physics, Calculus, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, General Biology, Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Genetics and other courses related to a B.S. in Biology as well as those necessary to complete a master's degree in education. While attending college I waserved as the Basilus of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority (Gamma Upsilon Chapter). I was a member of Beta Kappa Chi and Beta Beta Beta Honor Societies. I was active in several science clubs as well as a Dean's List and Honor Roll student. I was a Louisiana AMP Scholar as well as a Natural Collegiate Natural Awards Scholar.
